WE CARE:
USC Vs. Clemson Give Off
The box
with the most food weight wins! Rubbermaid boxes are
located in the narthex and color coded on each side -
black for USC and orange for Clemson. Place your WE CARE
donations in the box of your choice through December
4th. We will deliver to WE CARE. In addition to food
items, some essential personal items are also needed
(see sidebar).
Operation
Christmas Child
Keep
filling shoeboxes for Operation
Christmas Child.
You can drop them off outside Jane Jermac's office or on
the counter outside of fellowship hall. They will be
delivered to the drop-off location the week
of November 14th.
Our goal is 100 boxes!
The Giving
Tree
LMPC's
Giving Tree will support Christgate,
Sistercare and
the Newberry
Boy's Farm. Our
Giving Tree will be set up and decorated as of Friday,
November 18, 2011. Come
to the Fellowship Hall and take an ornament or two from
The Giving Tree. Fill out the requests that are written
on the ornament. Please have your gifts back to Church
by Sunday,
December 11, 2011.
Thanksgiving at the HUB
Help the
needy in our community this Thanksgiving Day. The
Missions Committee provides the funds needed to purchase
the bags, mints and fruit. What we need from you now is
a helping hand!

Justin Pepper Foundation hosts a Birthday
Breakfast and Toy Drive on
the first Saturday of December each year to honor
Justin Pepper's memory. Everyone is invited to come
to the breakfast and enjoy fellowship with the

the foundation asks is that you bring a toy, gift
card, or donation for the Toy Drive.
