High and Low Notes
After a busy Easter season, choir obligations have slowed down somewhat as we near the end of the school year.
The choir thanks the Youth for presenting the music on Youth Sunday, April 28. It is nice to be able to worship with family in the congregation occasionally. On that note, we are proud of Lizzie Watkins and Drew McCathern (choir family) for the inspiring messages they and the other youth delivered on Youth Sunday.
The Children’s Choir sang on Preschool Sunday and again on April 21. They are gaining confidence each time they sing. Thank you, Janet Roberts for working and teaching them.
Again, we thank Frances Webb for substituting for Sara Beardsley one Sunday in April. It is always a pleasure to welcome Frances.
Congratulations to Bekah and Jay Gilliam graduating from USC with their Masters degrees.
Please remember friends and relatives of choir members in your prayers. Several that are on our prayer list are: Walter Cuttino’s mother, Mandy McCathern’s mother, George Webb’s grandson, Doug Williams’ brother, and Howard McKeone in Afghanistan.

Please keep personal conversations to a minimum during rehearsal. Pam Hutto requests that all music be turned in as soon as we have sung it.
