Adult Sunday School

We never stop growing.  Our motto is “Building a flourishing church that makes disciples of Jesus Christ.”
So we have several adult Sunday School classes.

NEW! For this fall- “Being Christian in the Presbyterian Way”  a class taught in the Fellowship Hall by Dr. Ben Sloan.
This class studies the basics of what we believe and why.  This class will focus on 40 Days in the Word 9/30-11/10.

Java with Jesus (formerly Parents for Jesus)- Is a class for young adults that rotates between Bible study, parenting studies, and marriage studies.  This fall we will be studying Philippians.  It is class led, but rev. Tracie Stewart helps resource this class.

Jesus Seekers- (1st floor gym across from sr hi youth lounge)  Studies different Christian books. This fall the group will study “The First Paul”

The Quest Class- (Room4- 1st floor gym) studies different special Bible studies.  This fall the group is studying a series by John Ortberg “The Me I Want to Be.”  Phil Trefsgar and other teach.

Bible Survey Class- studies the scriptures (room 103 2nd floor gym).  This fall they are in the Pastoral Epistles.  Ruthanne Nicholson, elder and former missionary, teaches the class.

Disciples Bible Study red Book- John and Acts 2012-13-  (Room 104/Session/Mail room- 2nd floor of Gym). Will study 40 Days in the Word 9/30-11/10.  Taught by Class members.

Early Bird Disciples Study- purple book- Paul 2012-13.  (Room 0- 1st floor gym building-corner room);  Led by Rev. Bo Stalcup.
