Safely Reopening for Worship

Lake Murray Presbyterian Church is excited to reopen its physical doors for worship commencing on Sunday, May 31.

We are committed to the safety of our members and visitors in worship.  In doing so, we will slowly reopen on the following schedule.

8:30 a.m. – In the sanctuary (4/4 – 9/1 at the lake: 925 Sugar Mill Rd) and FB Live.

10:30 a.m. – Gathering in the sanctuary (2721 Dutch Fork Rd)
FB & YT Live and on this website
Get our bulletin and see our online links here.

Our  first in-person worship service at 8:30 a.m. will be limited, allowing for social distancing guidelines, and any overflow may either follow the service on their device via [FaceBook Live] or can be seated in the fellowship hall where the service will be shown via Livestream.

While we long for the time when we can welcome LMPC children back to children’s church and Sunday school, we are not prepared to safely reopen the children’s facilities just yet.  In the meantime, we will continue to provide online resources on our FaceBook page to connect children with Bible teaching and stories by LMPC staff.

We are following CDC guidance and have also prepared the attached COVID-19 Safety Guidelines and Protocols to distribute electronically, post on website, and post in our facilities.

We appreciate everyone doing their part to keep worship safe, and we look forward to the day when we can shake hands and hug.
